- Mike, I have read your articles for years. Sometimes I would whole-heartily agree and other times I thought you sounded old and hateful towards today's youth. Either way, you challenged my way of thinking and gave me another way of looking at things.

- This is the beauty of the NFL in this era. The entire AFC West was very mediocre last year. No team currently has dibs on AFC West. The best teams finished a paltry 8-8 last year. Parity will reign once more in this division and remarkably it will be up for grabs the last three weeks.

- This would never happen to me as a white man. Having just recently buried my daughter's mother from the same incidious disease I commend this young man for not kicking the crap out yet another redneck cop who showed the compassion of an idiot. This cop should be fired. Period.

- So does everyone who went to Purdue......Indiana is a joke since he left. Disipline is what life is about and a his goes a long way in young mens' lives. The man belongs in basketball until he can't remember his name.

- I went to Purdue.....I say yes, without a doubt. Today's players are ampered. Just ask anyone who really played for him.
